Important Notice Regarding New Registration

We have some exciting news. Our program is changing!
Beginning September 2024 our half-day preschool program will change to an extended-day group child care program for children 3 years - school age under our new name of Beehive Christian Early Learning.
We will be open from 8:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. The attendance hours are flexible with families free to choose which hours suit their needs on any given day. There are three class time registration options:
Monday - Friday: 8:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. (Class Full - waitlist space still available)
Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 8:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. (Class Full - waitlist space still available)
Tuesday, Thursday: 8:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. (Class Full - waitlist space still available)
Please note: Part-time registration space is very limited
Registration for the 2024/2025 school year is via online only. Applications are accepted on a ‘first-come/first-served basis.’
Families with a child currently attending Beehive Christian Preschool receive PRIORITY REGISTRATION opportunity, December 11-20, 2023.
Registration for NEW FAMILIES will open January 8, 2024 at 6:00 a.m.
TO REGISTER FOR THE 2024/2025 SCHOOL YEAR:
STEP 1(A): COMPLETE AND SUBMIT THE REGISTRATION FORM BELOW.

Tuesday/Thursday Class Registration Form (2024/2025)
STEP 1(b): Pay the registration fee ($100.00) plus first month's tuition fees (Total amount payable is: M-F Class: $605; M/W/F Class: $403; T/Th Class:$302 by email/Interac Transfer to finance@beehivepreschool.ca. This step will reserve your child's spot in the program.
Step 2: Download and complete the Pre-Authorized Debit Form. Print this form and deliver along with a VOID cheque to Beehive Christian Early Learning on or before June 1, 2024.
Step 3: Download and complete the "Tell Us About You" Form on or before June 1, 2024. It is mandatory to complete this form as the information will guide us in meeting your child's needs. Some questions are required by our provincial licensing body.
A REMINDER: After the first month's tuition is paid via email Interac/e-Transfer, all monthly tuition fees plus the Special Event Fee will be collected by monthly Pre-Authorized Debit.

If you are unable to register because classes are full, you may place your name on our waitlist(s). Our waitlists do not have any related cost or obligation attached to them. During the school year, if/when a space becomes available we contact families on our waitlist.
Please Note: Waitlists are specific for each class and are applicable for one school year only. In order to be eligible to be placed on any of our waitlists, your child must meet age requirements to attend. You may place your name on the waitlist for more than one class. If you are already registered in a class please feel free to place your name on the waitlist for a different or additional class.
